Sake Martini
Makes a single portion
30ml gin – opt for a crisp gin variety
15ml Lillet Blanc – a light, herbal fortified wine
15ml sake – a light, medium-bodied one, ideally
Pour the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake into a shaker, add a big handful of ice cubes and mix for half a minute until cold. Filter into a pre-chilled martini glass and present.
